NAB Summer Internship is an 8-week internship that will give you hands-on experience in the banking industry.

NAB is aware that despite your diligent study habits, you may not yet have a clear idea of your career goals. It also recognizes that navigating might sometimes be challenging. NAB Summer Internship is an 8-week program that aims to support you as you begin your career and provide you with the skills you need to establish an engaging and motivating career, no matter where it takes you.

How NAB Summer Internship Works

In addition to an intense business placement, this year’s NAB Internship Program includes Employability and Future Skills development workshops combined.

You will not only acquire insights into the banking and financial business with a customized action plan, but you will also discover more about your own working style. Additionally, you will get career guidance to help you figure out what you want out of your profession and how to get there.

You will have the chance to apply and may get an early offer for our 2025 Graduate Programme at the end of the NAB Internship Program.

Summer Intern Program dates

You must be available for full-time work from November 27, 2023, to February 2, 2024. You may take a break during these days since we will be closed from 23 December to 7 January 2024.

Application Process for NAB Summer Internship

To qualify for the NAB Summer Intern Programme, you must fulfill the following criteria :

  • the time you submit your application, you must be an Australian, New Zealander, or Australian Permanent Resident.
  • Be in your penultimate (2nd last) year of undergraduate or graduate schooling and be able to start a full-time job by November 2023.
  • Commit to and be available for full-time work throughout the 8-week program. Complete the online application, and if successful, you will be invited to an online exam, video interview, as well as engagement center. Engagement centers will be hosted via stream and will be completely virtual, allowing you to engage from any place.
