VTG Adelphi Papers Lot of 4 Nos. 221-223 & 211 IISS Strategic Studies Military

These (4) Adelphi Papers Booklets were published in the 1980’s by the International Institute for Strategic Studies. The focus of the papers is to disseminate research about military policy and defense strategies. These copies were owned by military author Norman Polmar and 1 of the booklets is signed with his name on the cover.
